STATE-OF-THE-ART SYSTEM

Wintermann® 900 Pro is a massive-capacity unit equipped with a state-of-the-art digital and analogue heating system, robust main pumps, and a heating system for the pneumatic actuator to prevent freezing at low temperatures.

MORE PRECISE APPLICATION

Wintermann® 900 Pro will ensure faster and more precise application of sprayed materials. Other advantages include elimination of pump stoppages, as well as a high-pressure recirculation system.

ERGONOMIC SHAPE

The state-of-the-art Wintermann® 900 Pro spray gun is light and durable, made with attention to slightest detail, and has ergonomic shape.

Perfect dose ratio

Wintermann® 900 Pro can be used to apply closed- and open-cell foams, spray polyurea hybrids, and inject polyurethane foams wherever the required dosing ratio is 1:1.

OPERATE EFFECTIVELY

Despite its high capacity, the machine can operate effectively without a power generation unit (although this option is also available).

MOTOR LUBRICATION SYSTEM

Wintermann® 900 Pro comes with the same motor lubrication system as Wintermann® 1200 Pro machines, which ensures long operation without the need to replace seals and perform time-consuming maintenance work.

COUNTER INCLUDED

Thanks to the counter of operating cycles, the user can control material consumption more effectively, and the modular heating system ensures optimum heating in the most challenging conditions.

FASTER PERFORMANCE

Higher heating and material compression capacity translate into higher pressure and, as a result, faster performance of work.
