Wintermann® 400 VDR Pro is a modern, affordable and multi-functional system for spraying, pouring, injecting and dosing of PUR foams.

The machine is fitted with lightweight heating hoses, a recirculation system, as well as a compact, lightweight and easy to handle but versatile spray and injection gun.

The multi-functional Wintermann® 400 VDR system can be used to manufacture polyurethane products and to spray foam in any conditions.

Within just 15 minutes, the machine may be converted from a PUR foam spraying system to a unit injecting foam into a closed space, and then turned into a polyurea hybrid spraying system in just 10 minutes!

SPRAYING POLYURETHANE AND POLYUREA

The Wintermann® XP3 can be used for spraying polyurethane foam or F-75 polyurea hybrids and, after changing the spraying nozzle, for direct injection of polyurethane into molds and into open spaces in building structures.

PRECISE CONTROL OF THE SPRAYING

The available range of spraying nozzles ensures precise control of the spraying process.

Wintermann® 400 VDR Pro offers an option to vary dosage proportions. As a result, it can be used not only in the construction sector, but also in the manufacture of products based on various types of polyurethane.

Our company is a manufacturer of various CNC and spraying machines. The Graveco® Raptor IV gun, recirculation and power control systems and other components are also designed and manufactured by us.
